Exterior scene, the unique Porsche 356C cabriolet, VAN 990 (registration), originally owned by Janis Joplin and painted in psychedelic style by Dave Richards, a roadie with her band, “Big Brother and the Holding Company”. Mr. Richards called his creation “The History of the Universe” that included: painted flowers, butterflies, mountains, hallucinogenic mushrooms, astrological signs,a bloodied American flag, as well as Janis and the band members, all painted with regular house paint.
